通过铜(Ⅱ)与新显色剂间溴偶氮羧-m的β型显色反应,初步探讨了β型配合物的形成条件以及酸度、温度、有机溶剂、表面活性剂对反应的影响,并应用于人发中微量铜的测定,结果满意.
The research of 8 type color reaetion between copper( II ) and meta ?bromine Azo carboxy - m. a near type developer, is done. The condition of making form of 3 type coordination compound.the influence of acid strength, temperature, organic solvent, surfactant is discussed. And this research is applied in determination of trace copper in men's hair. and the result is satisfied.
