摘要
本文报道铜(Ⅰ)与新显色剂间溴偶氮羧-m的β型显色反应,并初步探讨了β型配合物的形成条件以及酸度、温度、有机溶剂、表面活性剂等对反应的影响,并应用于人发中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
A new type reaction between copper and 3-(3-bromophenylazo) 6-(3-carboxylphen ylazo)chromotropic acid was described. The suitable conditions forming the β-type complex and the influences of acid media, temperature, organic solvents, and surfactants on the complex formation reaction were examined. The method has been applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in human hair.
