摘要
本文研究了间溴偶氮羧-m与镍显色反应的最佳条件。在硼砂-NaOH介质中,镍与显色剂形成1∶1络合物,最大吸收在560nm处,其摩尔吸光系数为4.0×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),镍含量0~15μg/25ml范围符合比尔定律.用于钢铁和合金微量镍的测定,效果良好。
This is a new colorimetric reagent for nickel. The maximun abson-
ption of Ni-complex is located at 560 nm, Color developing was carried
out at pH 9~10.5, the composition of the complex determined is Ni:R=
1:2. Beer's law is followed within 0~15μg Ni^(2+)/25ml. The molar extin-
ction coefficient ε_(560) equa'l to 4.0×10~4L · mol^(-1). cm^(-1). This method can
be used to the determination of trace quantity nickel in steel and alloys.
