摘要
本文研究了间溴偶氮羧-m与铟显色反应的最佳条件.在HCl-KCl介质中,pH2.7~3.6范围内,铟与显色剂形成1∶2的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长为686nm,摩尔吸光系数ε686=1.38×105L·mol-1·cm-1.铟含量在0.04~0.32μg·mL-1时服从比耳定律.同时还采用了P350反相萃取柱色层分离法使铟与大量干扰离子分离〔1〕,建立了在水相中直接测定微量铟的简便而又迅速有效的方法.
Optimum conditions for Metabromocarboxyazo m reacting with Indium was studied in this paper. The ratio of Indium to Metabromocarboxyazo m in HCl KCl medium was 1 to 2 while pH varied from 2.7~3.6, and the maximum absorption is 686nm. Beers Law was followed when the concentration of Indium ranged from 0.04 to 0.32, and molar absorption coefficient(ε[HT5〗 786 ) was 1.38L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . A simple method for determining Indium in water was established by separate disturbing ions.
