摘要
目的 探讨复方芦荟饮对小鼠应激能力的作用。方法 小鼠连续用药 14天后 ,进行运动耐力、耐寒、耐缺氧实验 ,观察记录各种指标。结果 复方芦荟饮能明显提高小鼠的运动耐力、耐寒及耐缺氧能力 ,与空白对照组比较均P<0 .0 5。结论 复方芦荟饮能明显提高整体机能 。
Objective To probe the influence of Compound Aloe Drink on stress functions of rats. Methods With continuous administration for 14 days, The mobile, cold and oxygen deficit tolerance of the rats were detected. Results Compound aloe drink can raise the motor tolerance, cold tolerance and oxygen deficit tolerance of the rats, compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Compound aloe drink can raise the whole body function and all kinds of stress functions.
