摘要
柴胡桂枝汤出自《伤寒论》治疗少阳兼表证 ,目前扩大了使用范围 ,广泛用于临床各科并取得了显著疗效 ,功能与调节脏腑经络的气化有一定的相关。气化学说是中医学基础理论的重要组成部分 ,是对人体正常或病态的整体机能变化进行阐述的理论工具。从气化学说来认识柴胡桂枝汤的治病机理可较好地解释人体的某些生理。
Caihuguizhi Decoction is derived from Shanghanlun for treating Shaoyang combined with exterior syndrome. The application has extended for all clinical departments with a significant efficacy. The function is related to the effect of accommodating the activity of vital energy in Zang fu or channels and collaterals. Vital energy theory is not only an important sect of TCM theory and also the theory tools of expounding the whole enginery changes in normal or diseased body. It can be well explained some physiological and pathological mechanism and some intricate phenomenon by understanding the principle of curing diseases from the vital energy theory. \[
