摘要
目的:探讨复方芦荟饮中药制剂的抗肿瘤作用及对5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)的增效减毒作用。方法:小鼠接种S180肿瘤,连续用药14d后,观察药物对肿瘤的抑制情况;小鼠接种H22肿瘤,连续用药14d后,观察药物对小鼠生命延长情况;小鼠接种S180肿瘤,用复方芦荟饮和5-FU共同治疗10d后,观察该药物对5-FU的增效减毒作用 结果:复方芦荟饮对S180肿瘤有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较,P<0.05;能明显延长荷瘤H22小鼠的生存时间,与空白对照组比较,P<0.05;对化疗药物5-FU具有明显的增效减毒作用,可明显改善荷瘤鼠的整体机能,与5-FU组比较,P<0.05。结论:复方芦荟饮具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并对化疗药物有明显的增效减毒作用。
Objective: To study the antineoplastic effects of compound aloe drink and its enhanced effect and toxicity reduction to 5 - Fu. Methods: After inoculation of S180 tumor and H22 tumor, the compound aloe drink was given orally for 14 days, then the tumor inhibitory rate and the life prolonged rate were observed. Its enhanced effect and toxicity reduction to 5 - FU in treatment of S180 tumor was observed. Results: It has evident inhibition to S180 tumor and life prolongation to the H22 tumor in mice, P < 0. 05. It has obvious enhanced effect and toxicity reduction to 5 - FU in treatment of S180 tumor. Conclusions: Compound aloe drink has antineoplastic effects, and has also enhanced effect and toxicity reduction to chemotherapeutic medicine.
