摘要
观察滞育三带喙库蚊(Culex tritaeniorhynchus)和淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)脂肪累积动态和冬季耐寒表现,以二者发育蚊作对照。结果雌蚊羽化时脂肪含鼓均甚微,糖水喂饲5天后上升明显,尤以滞育淡色库蚊最甚,呈直线上升,从0.04mg增至20日龄时的0.40mg发育淡色库蚊其次。三带喙库蚊滞育蚊和发育蚊不仅积累少而且无明显差异。耐寒性表现也以滞育淡色库蚊最强。150天累计存活率三带喙库蚊仅为16.54%,滞育淡色库蚊高达85.98%。当室外水缸中温度较低(0℃左右)情况下,滞育三带喙库蚊在80天内全部死亡,滞育淡色库蚊尚存活69.52%,从而表明淡色库蚊可滞育越冬,三带喙库蚊可能性小。
The trends of fat accumulation and cold resitance of the diapausing (DP) mosqutoes Culex tritaeniorhychtts (CT) and Culex pipiens pallens (CP) in winter weave investigated and were compared with their developing (DV) forms. The mosquitoes were at first in eclosion, with low body fat content. After revival from eclosion, they were fed on 5% sucrose solution. The fat content on d 0-5 increased slowly in DP mo squitoes CP, the fat level in their body was enhanced sharply, from 0.04 rag to 0.4mg In the DV individuals CP, the fat level increased from 0.05 mg to 0.24 mg. Whereas the fat level was lower in DP and DV mosquitoes CP (0.16 mg and 0.17 mg respective). In winter, however, when room temperatuer was>3℃, the longest life span of partial mosquitoes CT, fed on sucrose solution in the jar was 210 d, their survival ratio was much lower than that in CP. The survival ratio of DP mosquitoes CT on d 120, d 150 and d 210 was 33.05%, 16.52% and 6.00% respectively. On the contrary, the corresponding value was 89.72%, 85.98% and 6729% respectively in the case of DP mosquitoes CP, 58.89&, 50% and 31.11% respectively in the DV ores. When the room temperature was lower (around 0℃), all the DP mosquitoes CT died within 80 d. But the survival ratio in the DP and DV mosquitoes CP was 69.52% and 35.63% respectively. The results suggested that the strategy of overwinter in CP was diapausing hibermation while that in CT may be diapausing migration.
