摘要
大鼠衰竭性游泳常常可以复制应激性胃粘膜病变模型。本研究观察到给大鼠尾静脉注射血管紧张素Ⅱ（A－Ⅱ）后大鼠运动应激能力提高，但胃粘膜溃疡指数未增加。结果提示：A－Ⅱ在增加运动应激能力的同时，对应激性胃粘膜病变的产生没有明显影响。
The experimental model of stress gastric ulcer was produced by exhaust swimming in rats. Agiotensin Ⅱ was injected int0 vein of the tail. The time of exhaust swimmingand gastric ulcer index were measured. The results showed that gastric ulcer index did not increase after injecting angiotensin Ⅱ with increasing of the time of exhausl swimming.
