摘要
教育管理现代化是教育现代化系统工程的关键环节,对其概念的认识比较单一,研究和实践欠缺一种自思特性;反思的结果认为:教育管理现代化研究具有社会科学“前反思性接受”的特点,在概念上可采取一种多维定义,在研究中应该引入教育组织范式发展的思维,在实践上可采取“点、线、面”渐进模式。
The modernization of educational ad ministration is the key link in the sy stem project of educational modernization,but we just have a sim ple idea of its concept and lack refle ction on it in our researches and experi-ments.By reconsidering it,we conclude that the study on the modernizati on of educational administration has the property of pre -reflective accepta nce of social science,in defining it we can be multi -dimensional and brin g into study the development of educational organizational mode and take the pr ogressive pattern of point,line and surface in practice.
