摘要
中国的现代化首先应是国民的现代化 ,而国民的现代化则首先应是关键岗位上社会成员的现代化。中国企业家除了担负经营企业、发展经济的重任外 ,还应担负一项神圣的历史使命 ,这就是通过参与社会事务和造就管理人才 ,以及带动其他社会成员素质的提高 ,直接和间接地推进政治体制改革。社会主义市场经济体制的建立不仅要求企业家应率先实现现代化 ,而且也使得企业家有可能率先实现现代化。中国企业家应自觉提高自身素质 。
The modernization of China is national modernization above all,the national modernization is the modernization of those who are at the crux position in society above all.Chinese enterprisers should take on not only the responsibility of running enterprises and developing economy but also of sacred historical mission that they should push forward the reform of political system indirectly or directly through taking part in social business,fostering management talented people and improving the quality of other members in society.The establishment of socialist market economy system demands that the enterprises should modernize themselves at first,at the same time,which makes it possible for enterprisers to realize modernization.Chinese enterprisers should enhance their quality consciously,system reform should do good to their rapid and healthy growth.
