摘要
在醋酸 -醋酸钠弱酸性介质中 ,利用铁 (Ⅲ )对过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度测定痕量铁的新方法。该方法线性范围为 0~ 1 .0 μg 2 5mL ,方法检出限为 2 .96× 1 0 -9g mL。此方法用于水样中微量铁的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) was established. It was based on the discoloring reaction of rhodamine B with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ)In.HAc-NaAc solution(pH=3.2). The absorption maximum is at 550 nm and Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.0 μg/25 mL of Fe(Ⅲ).The detection limit of this method is 2.96×10 -9 g/mL. This method was applied to the determination of iron in water with satisfactory results.
