摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中 ,铁 (Ⅲ )催化抗坏血酸还原 3,3′—二磺酸基联苯氨基重氮偶氮苯而褪色的反应 ,从而建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法 .本方法的测定范围为 0~ 3 0 μg/ 2 5ml,检出限为 4 3× 1 0 -1 0 g/ml.用本法测定发样、奶粉中的痕量铁 ,结果满意 .
Decolourisation of 3,3 1-disulfodiphenylamino-diazoazobenzene by reduction of ascorbic acid in sulfuric acid medium using iron (Ⅲ) as catalyst was investigated.A new method of the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry for determination of iron was set up with linear range of 0~3 μg/25ml and detection limit of 4.3×10 -10 g/ml.This method has been applied to the determination of traceiron in hair and mild powder with satisfaction.
