摘要
研究了碱性介质中锰(Ⅱ)对溴酸钾氧化苯基荧光酮的催化反应,建立了催化光度法测定锰的新方法.讨论了最佳测定条件,检出限为1.3×10-11g/mL.在0.1~1.7ng/mL范围内,锰(Ⅱ)与1g(A0/A)有良好线性关系,采用抗坏血酸终止反应.不经分离直接用于茶叶及人发中锰的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of manganese is established. The method is based on the catalytic reaction of Mn (Ⅱ) catalyzing oxidation of phenyifluorone by potassium bromate in an alkaline medium. The optimum condition has been discussed. The detection limit is 1.3×10-11g/mL. In the range of 0.1 to 1.7ng/mL of Mn(Ⅱ),a good linear relation exists between the concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) and 1g(A0/A). Ascorbic acid is used to stop thereaction. The method has been applied to the determination of manganese in tea and human hair without separation withsatisfactory results.
