摘要
综述了近十年来催化动力学光度法测定食品中痕量铁的研究进展,包括催化氧化光度法、催化还原光度法、萃取催化光度法、流动注射催化光度法,对催化动力学光度法测定食品中铁的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。
The research progress in the past ten years of determination of trace iron in food by catalytic kinetic photometry, including the catalytic oxidation photometric method, catalytic reduction photometric method, extraction catalytic photometric method, and flow injection catalytic photometric method, were reviewed. The prospective of research direction and application of determination of iron in food using Catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was discussed.
