摘要
目的 了解云南成年人对营养与食品卫生知识的认知、态度和行为现状 ,为实施《中国营养改善行动计划》提供参考 ,为云南因地制宜制定营养改善行动计划提供科学依据。方法 采用匿名自填问卷方式 ,对整群随机抽取的全省 1970名成人 (≥ 16岁 )的基本特征 ,以及对《中国居民膳食指南》的认识水平 ,对某些营养知识的误解情况 ,对营养与食品卫生的认知、态度以及膳食行为等项目调查。结果 云南成人对《中国居民膳食指南》的知晓率为 2 6 3 % ,高于中国营养学会对全国 5省市不同职业人群调查 ( 14 1% ) ,获取营养知识的态度端正 ,但在《中国居民膳食指南》知晓者中 ,对指南 1～ 8条具体内容的知晓率仅在 13 4%～ 2 0 9%之间 ,低于全国水平 ( 17 1%～ 2 8 1% ) ,对社会上普遍流行的一些营养知识方面的偏见或误区 ,发生率较高 ,对营养与食品卫生知识掌握较差。结论 开展普及营养教育 。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitudes, and practice about nutrition and food hygiene among adults Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1970 adults, aged 16～76,male and female about half and half, about sixty per cent married, about seven tenth with middle learning, and of 20 nationalities and 13 professions, in 86 counties all over Yunnan Province by random sampling Results 26 3% of the respondents knew the 'Dietary Guide for Chinese Residents' However, only 13 4%～20 9% of them knew well the specific provisions 1～8 in the Guide 24 0%～64 4% of them had misconceptions about dietary knowledge Most of them knew the harm of drinking to children,pregnant women, and patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, and cirrhosis About half of them knew the cholesterol rich food and the relation between high salt food and hypertension Only a small part of them knew the harm of pickled and smoked food Most of them consumed varied food They got their knowledge about nutrition and food from video tape, film, TV, and periodicals Conclusion The knowledge rate about the 'Dietary Guide for Chinese Residents'among the adults in Yunnan Province is higher than that of the national survey However, the knowledge rates about several specific contents are still rather low It is necessary to offer nutrition education
