摘要
目的了解兰州地区高校学生营养知识和态度,为开展大学生营养教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对兰州地区2所高校664名学生进行自行设计的营养知识和态度问卷调查。结果该人群营养知识得分为(31.3±7.6)分,态度得分为(12.9±2.8)分。营养知识、态度得分女生高于男生,城市生源高于乡村生源,医学专业学生高于非医学专业学生。营养知识与态度间有高度正相关关系(r=0.3,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析表明,性别、生源、专业与营养知识有关。调查对象更希望了解的是日常食谱的制定(54.8%),其次是营养不良的预防(38.1%)、食物正确烹调方式(28.3%)和食品卫生知识(24.4%)。目前获得相关营养知识的渠道以报纸书籍和电视为主,分别占75.8%和56.0%;而希望的途径是报纸书籍、讲座咨询,分别占61.1%和52.3%。结论兰州地区大学生营养知识普遍欠缺,但均有积极良好的态度。应开展有效的营养教育提高他们的营养知识,为其健康行为的形成提供支持。
Objective To understand the status of nutritional knowledge and attitude of the students in colleges in Lanzhou, and to provide scientific evidence for the nutritional knowledge. Methods A cluster sample of 664 students received the serf-designed questionnaire survey about nutritional knowledge and attitude. Results The average scores of nutritional knowledge and attitude were 31.3 ± 7.6 and 12.9 ± 2.8 respectively. The average score of the female, urban and medical specialty was better than it of male, rural and students of other specialty. Nutritional knowledge was positively correlated with attitude( r = 0.3, P 〈 0.001 ). The results of multiple liner regression analysis indicated that gender, origin and specialty had a relation with nutritional knowledge. Most of the students had desire to understand how to formulate daily recipes(54.8 % ), how to prevent the malnutritian(38.1% ), how to eorrecdy cook (28.3 % ) and knowledge of food hygiene (24.4 % ). At present, nutritional knowledge was obtained by newspaper or books (75.8 % ) and TV (56.0 % ), but they hope to get the knowledge by newspaper or books(61.1% ) and lectures or consultatians(52.3% ). Conclusion College students in Lanzhou are deficiant in nutritional knowledge. Effective nutritional education should be carried out to improve the knowledge and provide support for forming healthy behaviors.
