白僵菌油剂与溴氰菊酯混合超低量喷雾防治马尾松毛虫 被引量:7

Ultra-low-volume spraying technique of oil solution of Beauveria bassiana and deltamethrin against Dendrolimus punctatus

摘要 对不同浓度白僵菌油剂与溴氰菊酯混合超低量喷雾防治马毛松毛虫的效果进行了研究。在每hm2 使用量为 15 0 0mL白僵菌油剂、 1 5mL 2 5 %溴氰菊酯时 ,4 8h内的死亡率为 2 8 1% ;在用量为 6 0 0 0mL白僵菌油剂、 12mL 2 5 %溴氰菊酯时 ,4 8h内的死亡率高达 94 4 %。到松毛虫化蛹时以上两处理的总体防治效果分别为 4 8 8%和 99 6 %。各防区的白僵率从 7 5 %~ 31 5 %不等 ,与白僵菌油剂的用量呈相关性。结果表明 。 The control efficiency of ultra low volume spraying technique of oil solution of B.bassiana and deltamethrin against Dendrolimus punctatus was studied.The mortality ranged from 28 1% to 94 4% as the dosages of B.bassiana +deltamethrin ranged from 1 500 mL+1 5 mL to 6 000 mL+12 mL per hm 2.The muscardine rate was correlated with the dosage of B.bassiana,and the rate ranged from 7 5% to 31 5%.The mixture of B.bassiana and deltamethrin was an effective and sustainable control measure against D.punctatus.
