摘要
分析我国农业航空技术现状和存在的问题,并从作业器具、航空器的技术改进和航空管理改革三方面,提出应对对策。首先,在我国目前现有飞机中,选择适合农业航空作业的机型,或者引进发达国家先进的农用飞机,逐步改造成适合我国国情的农业航空作业系列机型。在作业器具方面,尽快研发风送式静电航空喷雾器,以提高植保航空作业质量和作业效率;综合现有遥感和信息技术,建立先进的航测系统,实现的农林业生态系统实时监测。在新型农用航空器方面,开发起飞性能好、适应不同作业要求载重量的、使用普通燃油的飞机或者性能更好的碟形飞行器,以进一步降低农业航空作业成本,提高作业质量。在航空管理上,尽快制定农业航空管理法和有关作业、管理标准,规范农业航空管理与作业行为,扶持农业航空事业发展。
