摘要
采用亚甲基兰染色、培养基平板萌发、去油萌发、柴油涂片萌发、营养液涂片萌发、色拉油涂片萌发和生长素色拉油涂片萌发７种方法测定白仍菌油剂一＂９５１＂、＂９５２＂中孢子的萌发率，结果以生长素色拉油涂片法效果最佳。
In the present paper,7 methods were tested for measuring germination rateof the conidia in 2 oil formulations of Beauveria bassiana,'951' and '952',including methy-lene blue staining,germinating on SDAY media,germinating on slide without solvent oil,on diesel smeared slide,on nutrient liquid smeared slide,on salad soil smeared slide and on slidewith salad plus auxin,respectively.The result indicated that germination on the slidesmeared with salad plus auxin was easy,quick and stable.
