摘要
通过对多种助剂与白僵菌孢子粉相溶性研究,确定了以溶剂油S、抗氧剂抗E、增活剂CH、增效剂M、紫外吸收剂光A及白僵菌高孢粉,加工而成的951白僵菌油剂,室温下贮存8个月后,孢子的萌友率在40%以上,对马尾松毛虫的僵虫率为56%。毒性试验证明该油剂为低毒类。
By testing 23 additives for their compatibility with conidia of Beauveriabassiana,' 951',an oil formulation of the fungus was processed and determined, based onsolvent oil'S',antioxydant' Anti-E',activator',ACT-CH',synergist'SYN-M”,UV absorbent ',UA',and conidial powder of Beauveria bassiana. More than 40%coni-dia formulated germanted after stored for 8 months,and caused 56%mortality in a bioas-say.Its toxicity was determined to be low in a toxicity test.
