摘要
林间使用球孢白僵菌不同剂型防治马尾松毛虫的越冬代幼虫,放菌后分别调查20天后虫口、第一代羽化率、僵蛹率、天敌寄生率及虫口密度。经灰关联分析,综合评判控制效果,结果表明混合粉剂、油剂及高孢粉处理区与不处理的对照区的灰关联度分别为0.7995、0.4898、0.2794及0.2004,不同剂型处理均比对照效果好;白僵菌孢子加工成相应的剂型,比未加工成制剂的高孢粉处理效果好;混合粉剂比油剂处理效果好。不同剂型处理对天敌昆虫寄生率没有显著影响。
To evaluate the control efficacy of different formulations of Beauveria bassiana against Masson′s pine caterpillar, the following factors were investigated, the population density of overwintering larvae, emergence rate, population density, pupa infected and parasitic rates of first generation larvae. Based on the data, the grey correlation coefficients of different treatment areas, mixed dust formulation, oil formulation, high conidia dust and the check, were calculated as 0 7995, 0 4898, 0 2794 and 0 2004. The results indicated that the mixed dust formulation had the highest control efficiency. The formulated conidia had better control efficiency than unformulated ones. The findings also showed that the parasitic rates by natural enemies were not affected by applying different formulations of Beauveria bassiana.
