摘要
建立了板坯连铸过程传热数学模型 ,并用实测数据对计算结果进行了验证 ,证明该模型可用于预报不同操作条件下板坯凝固过程中温度的变化和凝固状态。应用该模型分析了影响板坯出连铸机温度的主要因素 :板坯尺寸、拉速、二冷水量及冷却方式等。适当提高拉速。
A math model for simulating the heat transfer of slabs in the continuous casting process is established and the calculated results are verified with the on site measured data. Results show that this model can be used to predict the temperature variation and solidified state in the process of slab solidification under various operating conditions. The principal factors affecting the exit temperature of the slabs such as slab size, volume of secondary cooling water and mode of cooling are analyzed. It is concluded that the exit temperature of the continuous casting slab can be raised by properly increasing the drawing speed and improving the regime of the secondary cooling.
