摘要
针对高炉新型炉体冷却结构 ,设计了实物物理模型并建立了热态模拟实验系统 通过热态实验 ,在不同的工况条件下对物理模型的内部温场、单水管进出水温差等进行了测定 ,以研究新型结构在运行中的传热规律 同时 。
Physical model was designed and thermal simulation experimental system was built for new type of cooling and lining structure of BF.Under different operating conditions,temperature pattern and water temperature difference of single pipe etc.inside the physical model were measured by experiments to study heat transferring law in the new structure in the operation of BF.At the same time,the effect of variation of operating conditions on the heat transferring process was analyzed.
