不同拉速下内外复合冷却结晶器内钢液流场的数值模拟 被引量:1

NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON FLOW FIELD IN CRYSTALLIZER WITH INNER-OUTER COOLER UNDER DIFFERENT CASTING SPEED

摘要 运用流体力学分析软件Fluent,对方坯连铸内外复合冷却结晶器内钢液在流场温度场耦合作用下的凝固状况进行数值模拟。讨论了拉速对结晶器内钢液流场的影响。分析模拟结果表明:在浇铸温度不变拉速不同的条件下,结晶器内钢液的流动方式很相似,也就是结晶器内一但形成了湍流流动,拉速对结晶器内钢液的流动方式的影响不是主要的。 By using fluid mechanics software Fluent, it discussed the solidification status of molten steel under coupling flow field and temperature field for billet crystallizer with inner - outer cooler. The effects of casting speed on the flow field in crystallizer were discussed. The results showed that the type of molten steel flow was similar under different casting speed with same casting temperature. Once burbulent flow in crystallizer formed, the effect of casting speed was not key to the type of molten steel flow.
