连铸坯热送热装工艺分为热送装炉轧制和直接装炉轧制两种。阐述连铸坯热送热装两种工艺的特点和实施时需注意的问题,并介绍具体应用实例。采用该工艺后可以节约能源、降低生产成本、提高成材率、缩短生产周期、优化产品的综合性能。
Hot delivery and hot charging technology of continuous casting slab includes two technologies, hot delivery and hot charging rolling, and direct charging rolling. The characteristics of the two hot delivery and hot charging technologies of continuous casting slab are described, and the points that should be paid attention to in the practical course are discussed. An application example is introduced. By use of the hot delivery and hot charging technology, the energy expense and the production cost can be decreased, the yield rate can be increased, the production cycle can be shortened, and the comprehensive property of the product can be optimized.
