Numerical Simulation of Flow Field and Temperature Field for Billets Continuous Casting at Low Superheat by Two Rollers Cooling

摘要 文章基于CFD软件,建立了双辊冷却低过热度稳态浇铸模型,同时选材45#钢,模拟了不同拉速下冷却辊处及结晶器内部钢液的流场、温度场及凝固场分布,并分析了拉速的变化对各场分布的影响。结果表明:经冷却辊冷却的钢液过热度降低,实现了低过热度浇铸的目的。 Based on the CFD software, the stable state pouring model of low superheat by two rollers cooling has been established in this paper. At the same time, selecting 45 steel, the distribution of flow filed, temperature filed and solidification filed of steel liquid in the two roller by water cooling and in the crystallizer are simulated at different pull velocity. The influence of pull velocity on the fields is analyzed. The results show that the steel liquid is cooled down by cooling roller and the pouring with low superheat is realized.
