摘要
在纤维缠绕机微机控制系统中,对纤维缠绕机缠绕线型的控制是其关键技术。作者根据纤维缠绕机的工作特点,设计了合理的闭环控制及拖动方案、提出了基于模糊理论的双轴协调控制及几种实用控制策略与实时算法,使纤维缠绕机纤维缠绕线型控制准确、稳定。实际应用表明,采用本文所述的方法和技术,可使纤维缠绕机控制系统的控制精度和运行可靠性等性能达到同类引进系统的水平。该控制系统控制下的纤维缠绕机所生产的各类玻璃钢管道,经全面测试已达到美国ASTM标准。
One of the main requirements for microcomputer control system of filament winding machine is that the control of the filament winding string pattern. Acccording to the work condition of the filament-winding machine, a reasonable scheme of the control and driver was designed, several kinds of new control strategy and real-time algorithm were proposed,and the design method of the system' s software and hardware was introduced in detail. The result of application showed that the control accuracy and reliability was very satisfactory. The various kinds of fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe was produced by the filament winding using the new method, and meet the standard of American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM).
