摘要
纤维缠绕机控制系统中 ,缠绕台车速度跟踪控制是其关键技术。文章在分析台车速度跟踪特性的基础上 ,设计了多模自适应模糊控制器 ,并提出了模糊控制规则可在线调整的简化模糊控制算法。应用上述方法设计的控制系统 ,不仅使纤维缠绕机的纤维缠绕线型准确、可靠 ,而且改善了缠绕台车变速过程的动态性能。实践表明 ,该方法还可应用于其它自动化缠绕设备台车速度跟踪控制。
Trolley speed control is one of the key techniques used in the control system of filament winding machine.Based on analyzing the characteristics of the trolley speed tracking,a multi-mode adaptive controller is designed. A simplified fuzzy control algorithm that allows regulation of fuzzy control rule on line was proposed.The filament-winding machine using the new control strategy was accurate and reliable in the line type,and also the dynamic performance of the winding trolley during its speed change was improved.The applied results indicate that the new method may also be used in trolley speed tracking control of other automatic winding equipment.
