摘要
该文详细介绍J80X智能绕线机系统,并给出了主要电路和软件的设计原理。系统是根据用户实际需要而研制的,具有绕线、排线、跳槽等多种功能。系统的硬件和软件设计都采用模块化结构,通过选择不同的模块,可以组合成不同性能的绕线机,以满足用户的不同需要。在系统的电路设计和软件设计中,针对现场干扰大的情况,分别采用电源隔离、光电隔离、软件陷阱等防干扰措施,提高绕线机系统无故障工作时间。最后还对绕线机系统提出了改进意见。
A J80X intelligent coiling-machine including its circuit and software system is presented in the paper. The system has many functions such as coiling, ranging and jump slot. It also provided the feature of modularized structure for hardware and software. According to user's demand, different function machine can be makeup with the selection of varies modules. Some anti-disturbance technology such as power isolation, optical isolation, software trap are introduced to reduce the grease field disturb and extend the mean time between failures (MTBF) as well. Some improved suggestions are also presented forward in the paper.
