摘要 为了提高绕线机的性能设计了一种基于PLC的双飞叉绕线机控制系统。采用PLC接收控制信号并驱动执行机构,利用触摸屏提供友好的人机界面,采用交流伺服电机进行双飞叉绕线和转子分度定位,采用全自动张力控制系统提高绕线张力控制能力。使绕线机绕制漆包线速度更快,绕线定位和分度精度提高,绕线质量也明显得到改善,人机交互性更好。实践证明,该双飞叉绕线机操作简单,运行可靠,降低操作者劳动强度,提高生产效率。适合全自动流水线的监控生产,应用前景广阔。 To improve the performance of winding machine a PLC-based twin flyer winding machine control system was designed. PLC was adopted to collect control signal and drive executing machine; Touch-screen was used to provide a friendly human-machine interface; AC Servo System was used to wind and position the armature; Automatic tension control system was introduced to enhance the capacity of winding tension control. So winding speed was faster; Winding location and indexing precision were improved; Winding quality has improved significantly; Human-computer interaction was better. Practice has shown, this winding system was easy and reliable to operate, also it can reduce operator labor intensity and improve production efficiency. So it' s suitable for fully automatic assembly line monitoring production, and which has a bright future for application.
