摘要
为了对半导体制冷系统的制冷效率进行估算 ,通过建立半导体致冷器 (TEC)的数学模型 ,并结合机械连接形式的TEC制冷系统 。
Mathematical modeling of thermoelectric cooling module was introduced. Several parameters associated with the thermoelectric material and the module were obtained. This paper discussed the performance of a mechanicaly clamped TEC system based on the mathematical modeling of thermoelectric cooling module.
