摘要
根据帕尔贴效应并针对半导体制冷的特性,提出了采用动态矩阵控制(DMC)方法进行制冷温度控制。通过测试实验获取被控对象的有限单位阶跃响应序列,建立实际系统模型,并在MATLAB中对该模型采用动态矩阵控制方法完成温控仿真实验。实验结果表明,相对于传统PID控制和模型偏差补偿控制,动态矩阵控制在达到稳定性好和跟踪精度高的要求下,具有更优的动态性能,且对小范围的模型变化不敏感。
According to the Pehier effect and aiming at the characteristic of semiconductor refrigeration, dynamic matrix control (DMC) was presented to regulate the refrigerating temperature. A finite unit-step response sequence of the controlled object, as the model of practical system, was obtained through a serial of measurements. Aiming at the model, temperature control simula- tion using dynamic matrix control method was accomplished in MATLAB. Simulation results show that compared with traditional PID and model deviation compensation, DMC has better dynamic performance, as well as good stability and high tracking preci- sion, and is insensitive to model variation in small range.
