摘要
本文深入分析了半导体致冷器(温差电致冷组件)的工作原理,并从理论上讨论半导体致冷器最大温差△T_(max)、最大致冷量Q的测试原理。描述最新研制成功的△T·Q智能测试系统。
The operation principle of thermoelectric cooler has been analysed. An intelligent measuring system for maximam temperature difference △T_(msx) and cooling capacity Q has been described in this paper.
