苯甲酸雌二醇对泌乳期二花脸猪和大白猪卵巢功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Estradiol Benzoate on Functions of Ovaryin Lactating Erhualian Sows and Large White Sows

摘要 肌肉注射外源性雌激素—苯甲酸雌二醇(estradiolbenzoate,EB,60μg/kgWB)处理泌乳第21d的4头二花脸母猪和3头大白猪,从安装的颈静脉瘘管采集血样,用放射免疫法(RIA法)测定两品种母猪血浆雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)水平在EB处理前后的变化。结果显示:4头二花脸猪中有3头于54~66h,血浆雌二醇(E2)出现第二个峰,并伴随孕酮(P4)水平显著升高;3头大白猪中有1头出现第二个E2峰,P4水平升高。结果表明,注射苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)后,4头二花脸猪中有3头表现发情和排卵,3头大白猪中有1头表现发情和排卵。提示泌乳期二花脸猪的卵巢功能较大白猪更易被外源雌激素所启动。 4 Erhualian female sows(EH) and 3 Large White female sows(LW) were administered by i.m injection of exogenous estradiol benzoate (EB,60 μg/kg WB) at 21 days during lactation.Blood samples were collected through the jugular vein cannulae before and after EB admistration at 6h intervals. Plasma estragen (E2) and progesterone (P4) were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed that 3 out of 4 EH and 1 out of 3 LW exhibited estrus and ovulation. These indicated that estrus and ovulation were easily induced by EB in EH.
