摘要
肌肉注射外源性雌激素—苯甲酸雌二醇(estradiolbenzoate,EB,60μg/kgWB)处理泌乳第21d的4头二花脸母猪和3头大白猪,从安装的颈静脉瘘管采集血样,用放射免疫法(RIA法)测定两品种母猪血浆雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)水平在EB处理前后的变化。结果显示:4头二花脸猪中有3头于54～66h,血浆雌二醇(E2)出现第二个峰,并伴随孕酮(P4)水平显著升高;3头大白猪中有1头出现第二个E2峰,P4水平升高。结果表明,注射苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)后,4头二花脸猪中有3头表现发情和排卵,3头大白猪中有1头表现发情和排卵。提示泌乳期二花脸猪的卵巢功能较大白猪更易被外源雌激素所启动。
4 Erhualian female sows(EH) and 3 Large White female sows(LW) were administered by i.m injection of exogenous estradiol benzoate (EB,60 μg/kg WB) at 21 days during lactation.Blood samples were collected through the jugular vein cannulae before and after EB admistration at 6h intervals. Plasma estragen (E2) and progesterone (P4) were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed that 3 out of 4 EH and 1 out of 3 LW exhibited estrus and ovulation. These indicated that estrus and ovulation were easily induced by EB in EH.
