摘要
用苯甲酸雌二醇 （ Ｅ Ｂ） 肌肉注射泌乳２１ ｄ 的二花脸母猪４头和大白猪３头， 结果４头二花脸母猪有３头发情， 大白猪只有１头发情。测定了注射 Ｅ Ｂ 后两品种母猪血浆中的雌二醇 （ Ｅ２ ）、促性腺激素释放激素 （ Ｇｎ Ｒ Ｈ）、促黄体素 （ Ｌ Ｈ） 和孕酮 （ Ｐ４ ）。结果显示， 外源性雌激素可使发情母猪 Ｇｎ Ｒ Ｈ 升高， 垂体活动加强， 促进了 Ｌ Ｈ 分泌， 剌激卵巢雌激素生成， 血浆 Ｐ４ 水平升高； 未发情的母猪未见有明显变化。二花脸母猪垂体的敏感性要比大白母猪高。
Four Erhualian sows and 3 Large White sows were injected with estradiol benzoate(EB)on the 21st day after the on set of lactation.3 of 4 Erhualian sows and 1 of 3 Large White sows exhibited estrus.The plasma levels of estradiol(E 2)、GnRH、LH and progesterone(P 4)were measured after EB treatment in both breeds of sows.Results showed that exogenous estradiol increased plasma level of GnRH,which stimulated LH secretion,as a results,the levels of E 2,P 4 rose after the treatment in estrous sows.No changes in plasma hormone levels were found in unestrous sows.The sensitivity of hypophysis in lactating Erhualian sow to GnRH is greater than that of Large White sow.
