摘要
采用投喂添加雌二醇饲料的试验方法,观察分析人工诱导西伯利亚鲟性逆转过程中,外源雌激素对西伯利亚鲟幼鱼生长和血液生化指标的影响。研究结果表明:高剂量组(10 mg E2/kg饲料)幼鱼的日增重、肥满度、特定生长率等均显著低于低剂量组(1 mg E2/kg饲料)、对照组和空白组(P<0.05),且高剂量组血清中血糖和总胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05),而总磷含量显著升高(P<0.05)。
Method of incorporation of estradiol-17β （E2 ） in the diet was used to study the effects of dietary supplementation of estradiol-17β on the growth and blood biochemistry in juvenile Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii. The main effects of short-term administration of E2 were as follows： the mean daily weight gain rate, condition factors and specific growth rate of fish fed with high dosage E2 （10 mg EJkg diet） were all significantly lower than that of those fed with low dosage E2 （1 mg EJkg diet）, and control and blank groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. And the serum glucose and cholesterol in the high dosage E2 group decreased obviously （P 〈 0.05 ）, while total phosphorus level increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
