分析和比较了 15头二花脸母猪和 10头大约克母猪初乳中乳糖、乳脂、乳蛋白、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF I)和表皮生长因子 (EGF)的含量 ;同时比较了两种母猪的产活仔数、仔猪初生重、窝重和 2 0日龄窝重等繁殖性能。结果显示 ,二花脸猪初乳中乳糖、胰岛素和EGF显著低于大约克猪 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,乳脂极显著高于大约克猪 (P <0 .0 1)。两种猪的乳蛋白和IGF I差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。二花脸母猪的产活仔数极显著高于大约克猪 (P <0 .0 1) ,而仔猪初生重和 2 0日龄窝重显著低于大约克猪 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。两种猪的窝重差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。
The main components (lactose, fat and protein), insulin and growth factors (IGF-1 and EGF) of colostrum in 15 Erhualian and 10 Yorkshire Sows were investigated during 2 h after farrowing. Meanwhile, some reproductive performances were compared between Erhualian and Yorkshire sows.Lactose, insulin and EGF concentrations in Erhualian sows were significantly lower than in Yorkshire sows( P <0.05), but fat concentration in Erhualian sows was remarkably higher than in Yorkshire sows( P <0.01). However, the significant differences in protein and IGF-1 concentrations between Erhualian and Yorkshire sows were not observed. Compared with Yorkshire sows, born and alive piglets in Erhualian sows was markedly more (P <0.01). Piglet birth weight and 20 day litter weight were much higher for Erhualian vs. Yorkshire sow(P<0.05 or P <0.01), but litter weight was similar.
