摘要
西部实施以教育信息化推进教育现代化发展战略,积极发挥后发优势,实现教育的跨越式发展,是历史赋予的新任务。如何抓住新机遇完成历史赋予西部的新任务?文章对西部实施以教育信息化推进教育现代化发展过程中所面临的主要问题、重要性、主要任务和政策措施等问题进行了研究。
The paper studies the main problems, significance, major targets, policies and measures in promoting the modernization of education by implementing the IT Education Approach in West China.
