摘要
为了解青海省民族地区中小学教师教育技术能力的现状,本研究对青海省西宁市及51个县的122名学科任课教师进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明,受到落后的社会经济条件的限制,青海省民族地区中小学的信息技术基础设施建设滞后,教师应用信息技术教学的积极性不高,但随着教育信息化的全面展开,学校领导对提高教师教育技术能力的支持力度有所增加。
This study intends to investigate primary and secondary school teachers' educational technology competencies in the ethnic regions of Qinghai Province in Northwest China. The instrument of questionnaire survey was employed in relation to teachers' profiles, school infrastructure, teachers' attitude to the use of educational technologies and institutional support. 122 teachers were involved in the survey who were distributed over the capital city of the province and 51 counties. Survey results show that school infrastructurecannot meet the needs due to fragile economy and that teachers' attitude to educational technologies is not optimistic. On the other hand, institutional support has been increasing since the launching of the IT- based education drive in basic education. Several factors were identified which may explain teachers' low competence when it comes to educational use of technologies, including weak infrastructure, shallow understanding of the affordances of educational technologies, lack of knowledge about instructional design, inefficient training, and failure to take the ethnic cultural backgrounds into account.
