摘要
我们正处在一个信息化高度发达的社会。民族高等教育信息化进程直接影响着民族地区人才培养的规格和经济发展的速度 ,因此 ,构建 2 1世纪民族高等教育信息化的措施体系是关健。而构建这一体系一必须加快基础设施建设 ,二必须加大宣传力度 ,三必须立足民族地区经济文化发展实际 ,四必须加大投入 。
We are living in a society of high-speed information development. The development of informationisation in minority nationalities' higher education has an immediate effect on the standard of personnel training and the economic development speed in those regions. Consequently it is of prime importance to produce a strategy system. The goal can be met through implementing the following actions. First, accelerating the construction of basic facilities. Second, enforcing publicity. Third, respecting the realities of the local economic and cultural development level. Fourth, increasing funds; and finally providing more in-service teacher training.
