摘要
o-乙酰基乳酸酯类化合物是被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域的香料化合物.利用4-(二甲氨基)吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,合成了o-乙酰基乳酸丁酯,并运用正交试验设计的方法,采用L9(34)正交表,探讨了合成o-乙酰基乳酸丁酯的最佳实验条件,并对产品进行了红外光谱、气相色谱分析检测.
Oacetyl butyl lactate is an essence compound, which has been used in foods, medicine, chemical industry. oacetyl butyl lactate is prepared by using dimethy amino pyridine (DMAP) as catalyst. Optimal experiment conditions for the synthesis of oacetyl butyl lactate by orthogonal method in experimental design and adopting L9(34) orthogonal list is discussed. Its composition is proved by IR and gas chromafography spectra.
