摘要
采用硫酸稼为催化剂合成乳酸丁酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及带水剂等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,合成乳酸丁酯的适宜条件为:乳酸0.2 mol,醇酸物质的量比2.4∶1,催化剂用量0.8 g,甲苯15 mL,回流反应60 min,收率95.5%。硫酸稼是合成乳酸丁酯的高效、经济、环境友好的催化剂。
By using gallium sulfate as the catalyst, lactic acid and n-butanol reacted to form butyl lactate. Many effects were investigated such as amount of catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and different carrying water agents. Experimental results showed that lactic acid 0.2 mol, molar ratio of alcohol to acid 2.4:1,the catalyst 0.8 g and reaction time 60 min,toluene 15 mL,the yield is 95.5%. Gallium sulfate is the efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
