摘要
以4-氨基苯甲酸乙酯为原料,乙酸酐作酰化剂,经酰化反应制备了4-乙酰氨基苯甲酸乙酯,一些工艺条件被探讨,目标物收率为96.6%。
4-amino benzoic acid ethyl ester as raw material,acetic anhydride as acylating agent,4-acetyl-amino benzoic acid ethyl ester was prepared by acylation.Some conditions of techniques were discussed,the yield was 96.6 %.
