摘要
以铁系固体超强酸为催化剂 ,研究了催化合成乳酸辛酯的最适宜反应条件。实验表明 :铁系固体超强酸催化剂具有良好的催化活性 ,以环己烷为带水剂 ,在酸醇摩尔比为 n(乳酸 )∶ n(正辛醇 ) =1∶ 1.35的条件下 ,催化剂用量为 0 .80 g· 0 .2 m ol- 1 乳酸 ,反应温度为 14 0℃ ,反应时间 6 0 m in,酯化率达到了 98.6 %。
The optimum reaction conditions of catalyzed synthesis of n-octyl lactate had been studied with the ferric solid superacid as catalyst. Experiment found that the catalyst had highly activity. The molar ratio of lactic acid to 1-octanol was 1∶1.35, the weight of catalyst 0.80 g/0.2 mol(lactic acid),the reaction temperature 140 ℃ and the reaction time 60 min,the esterification yield could reach over 98.6 %.
