摘要
利用4-(二甲氨基)吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,合成了O-乙酰基乳酸乙酯.运用正交试验设计的方法,探讨了合成的最佳试验条件,并对产品进行了红外光谱、核磁共振谱分析检测.
O-acetyl ethyl lactate is prepared by using dimethy amino pyridine （DMAP）as catalyst. Optimal experiment conditions for the synthesis of o-acetyl ethyl lactate by orthogonal method in experimental design and adopting L9（3^4）orthogonal list is discussed. Its composition is proved by IR and ^1H NMR.
