摘要
文章对“以生为本 ,以师立校”的办学理念进行了较深入的分析、研究 ,指出这一理念贯彻到教育实践之中就是实施“人本主义”的创新素质教育。对与“人本主义”创新教育相对立的“文本主义”传统教育 ,其根深蒂固的原因及阻滞创造力发挥的危害性作了较详细的分析 ,并对这一理念在学生主体和教师主体的创新与发展方面所包含的丰富内容进行了阐述。文章还结合本校实际对如何贯彻落实这一理念 。
The present paper makes an in-depth analysis of the education model of'consider students the point of departure and depend on a good teaching staff' ,and points out that this new education concept actually advocates'humanistic' quality education with the emphasis on innovation; in comparison, conventional'text oriented', education stultifies the creative capacity of students. It also dwells upon the contents of this new concept in terms of innovations and developments of students and teachers. And finally it puts forward some working plans in concretizing this concept in Wanli university context.
