摘要
文章论述了中国在经济体制转轨和加入世贸组织的新形势下 ,中国教育界的校长要在行政职务型向办学职业型转变的过程中 ,牢固树立以学生为本 ;要有教育的前瞻性 ;家长是学校的“上帝” ;要将市场经济法则适度引入学校管理 ;营造轻松。
This article discusses, under the new circumstances of China's transformation of economic system and its entry into WTO,the professionalism and foresight of school principals in China during the course of the transformation of the mode of executive duty into that of school running, which includes building up a student centred sense, focusing on the educational prospect, treating parents as God and introducing a moderately marketing oriented system into school management, thus creating a light and harmonious environment and constructing an advanced principal culture.
