摘要
目的 :了解泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药趋势 .方法 :应用支原体药敏试剂盒进行支原体检测及药敏试验 .结果 :赣州地区患者 6 2 5例泌尿生殖道支原体培养阳性 30 1例 (48.2 % ) .其中UU 2 5 1例 (40 .2 % ) ,MH 33例 (5 .3% ) ,UU +MH 17例 (2 .7% ) .1999年支原体检出率为 4 4 .1% (82 /186 ) ,2 0 0 0年 4 6 .4 % (110 / 2 37) ,2 0 0 1年 5 4 .0 % (10 9/ 2 0 2 ) .对支原体耐药性较高的药物为四环素 (TET)、红霉素 (ERY) ,分别为 5 7.5 % ,5 2 .5 % .支原体敏感性较高的药物为交沙霉素 (JOS)、美满霉素 (MIN)、阿奇霉素 (AZI)、左氧氟沙星(LEV) ,分别为 82 .7% ,80 .1% ,76 .7%和 76 .1% .UU +MH感染耐药性较高的药物为TET、乙酰螺旋霉素 (ASP)、ERY、罗红霉素 (ROX) ,分别为 82 .4 %、76 .5 %、6 4 .7%和 5 8.8% .耐药率上升较明显的药物为ROX、AZI,耐药率明显下降的药物为TET .结论 :支原体感染呈现上升趋势 ,耐药谱发生了明显的变化 ,UU +MH感染增强了耐药性 .目前本地区首选JOS ,MIN ,AZI和LEV .
AIM: To investigate the mycoplasma infection and tendency of drug resistance in the urogenital tract. METHODS: Mycoplasma and drug susceptibility testing were detected by mycoplasma IST kit. RESULTS: 301 cases in 625 cases showed mycoplasma positive (48.2%). Among these patients, ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) positive were 251 cases (40.2%). Mycoplasma hominis (MH) positive were 33 cases (5.3%). Mixed infection both UU and MH were 17 cases (2.7%). 82 cases in 186 cases (44.1%) were mycoplasma positive in 1999, 110 cases (46.4%) in 2000, 109 cases (54.0%) in 2001. The higher resistant rates were TET (56.6%). ERY (51.8%), respectively. The higher sensitive drugs were JOS (82.7%), MIN (80.1%), AZI (76.7%), LEV (76.1%), The higher resistant rates of mixed infection both UU and MH were TET (82.4%), ASP (76.5%), ERY (64.7%), ROX (58.8%). ROX and AZI were obviously rising of drug resistant rate. TET was obviously drop of drug resistant rate. CONCLUSION: Mycoplasma infecting tendency was rising. Resistant spectrum of mycoplasma has change obviously. Mixed infection boty UU and MH enhanced drug resistance. JOS, MIN, AZI, LEV may be selected as the first drug to treat mycoplasma in Ganzhou area.
