次抑菌浓度的药物诱导解脲支原体人型支原体耐药与交叉耐药的研究 被引量:34

摘要 目的 为了解UU和MH的耐药状况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 将临床标本分离的 6株UU与 6株MH分别进行了诱导耐药与交叉耐药试验。结果 TC诱导耐药的UU和MH亦对DOXY耐药 ,但对MC、喹诺酮类药物和大环内酯类药物无明显交叉耐药性。OFLX诱导耐药的UU和MH对CFLX、LMLX耐药 ,但对四环素类药物和大环内酯类药物没有显著的交叉耐药性。结论 耐TC的UU与MH株对DOXY呈现交叉耐药性 ;耐OFLX的UU与MH株对CFLX、LM LX呈现交叉耐药性。 Objective To acquire the information about the present resistance characteristics in Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and to instruct reasonable application of antibiotice clinically.Methods A total of 6 isolates of UU and Mh was collected from infectious urogenital samples.lnducted and cross resistance were tested. Results Tetracyclineresistant UU and Mh showed resistance to doxycycline,but none of species showed cross resistance to minocycline and quinolones and macrolides.Ofloxacin resistant UU and Mh showed resistance to ciprofloxacin and lomefloxacin,but none of species showed cross resistance to tetracycline and macrolides.Conclusion Tetracycline resistant UU and MH have cross resistance to doxycycline,ofloxacin resistance UU and MH have cross resistance to ciprofloxacin and lomefloxacin.
